All of the handmade baked goods you can possibly imagine: breads, cinnamon buns, pies, tarts, cookies, perogies, squares and more. When you see the variety of products Pamela makes fresh for each market day, you know this is someone who truly loves to bake. She makes and bakes everything by hand in her kitchen in Cochrane, and everything she sells (other than her frozen perogies) is just baked. She prepares on Thursdays, bakes on Fridays and sells on Saturdays. She kneads her bread by hand, and during the holidays, she makes Christmas breads like Ukrainian Kolach and German Stollen, or Babka bread at Easter. “Many of my recipes are from my Baba, which have been tried and tested in my family for decades. Our baking is truly a family affair. My family are actively involved as they help bake, package, sell, set up and take down for every market. We love what we do, and we have fun doing it. I think you can taste the passion and commitment in every bite.”
