Don't be fooled by the "sourfaux" of the big grocery chains. This is bread in old world style made from hand made starter and cold fermented to achieve a beautiful well rounded full flavor. Open baked on stones to create a richly colored, crispy, chewy crust with a medium dense crumb. Great for toast, sandwiches, and your favorite charcuterie and butter boards. Our Sourdough crackers and focaccia are excellent for entertaining, snacking and a great accompaniment for your favorite cheeses and jellies.
