About Mama Ramen
We currently operate two stores, one located at the Old Strathcona Farmers' Market (OSFM) and the other at Bountiful Farmers' Market. Additionally, we frequently participate in the NOSH Farmers' Market. Our primary product is the ramen kit, designed to let customers enjoy authentic, delicious ramen at home while experiencing the fun of preparation. We also offer onigiri sushi rice balls, a traditional Japanese snack, which are handcrafted with care. All our ingredients are locally sourced from Alberta, and every product is made right here in Alberta to ensure the highest quality and freshness. We are also proud members of the Alberta Farmers' Market Association (AFMA).
